As a Project Manager you play a key role in the realization of customized climate solutions. From the initial design to delivery: you monitor the progress, budget, and quality of our projects.

What Will You Do?

In this role, you lead the entire process of industrial air treatment projects. You work closely with customers, engineers, and execution teams to successfully realize projects.

• Project management: You coordinate and monitor the planning, costs, and quality of air treatment projects.
• Technical design and engineering: You translate customer requirements and technical specifications into efficient solutions.
• Collaboration and direction: You work with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth production and installation.
• Customer contact and advice: You are the point of contact for the customer and advise on the best technical solutions.
• Process monitoring and risk management: You identify bottlenecks, intervene where necessary, and ensure the project proceeds according to plan.
• Reporting and documentation: You keep track of progress and ensure clear project documentation.

What We Ask of You

We are looking for a Project Manager with sharp technical insight and strong organizational skills. You must have the following:

1. At least a completed bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in project management and engineering within the HVAC, air treatment, or industrial sector.
3. Understanding of air treatment, refrigeration technology, and process technology.
4. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Strong in customer contact and leading multidisciplinary teams.
6. Familiar with industrial guidelines such as F-gas regulation and ATEX.
7. You think in solutions and take responsibility for the success of your projects.
