At IAC you’ll work with our team to build innovative air and cooling technical installations for clients in industry, food and pharma. You translate customer requirements into technical solutions and ensure everything is perfectly prepared – from working drawing to delivery.

What Will You Do?

As a Mechanical Work Preparation Specialist, you are the connecting link between engineering, assembly, and project management.
You ensure everything is correct before the project starts and guide the process until execution.

• Preparing, developing and checking technical drawings and diagrams.

• Creating parts lists, calculations and orders.

• Maintaining contact with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Creating and monitoring schedules.

• Supporting project managers in execution.

• Contributing to process optimization within our workshop.

💡 You work together with a team of experienced engineers, technicians and project managers — each project is custom work, no day is the same.

What We Ask of You

We’re looking for someone who understands technology, keeps an overview and thinks in solutions.

• At least a completed HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Installation Technology or equivalent.

• Several years of experience in work planning or project support (or ambition to learn this).

• You work in a structured, accurate way and communicate clearly.

• You enjoy being part of a close-knit team and celebrating successes together.
