As a Field Service Engineer you are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing high-quality refrigeration systems and air treatment systems. You work on innovative climate solutions for leading customers in the industry, with a lot of freedom and responsibility.

What Will You Do?

In this role, you are the technical point of contact on-site at our customers. You ensure that our installations function optimally and that malfunctions are resolved quickly and effectively.

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems and air treatment systems.
• Commissioning, adjusting, and checking new systems.
• Locating and resolving technical malfunctions.
• Providing technical support and advice to customers on-site.
• Close collaboration with engineering, production, and purchasing to ensure smooth project progress.
• Identifying points for improvement and proactively contributing to process optimization.
• Documenting completed work and reporting.

What We Ask of You

We are looking for an independent, skilled, and flexible Field Service Engineer who knows how to get things done. You should have the following:

1. At least a completed MBO education in refrigeration technology or a comparable technical field.
2. At least 3 years of experience as a refrigeration technician or service engineer in the industrial sector.
3. Thorough knowledge of refrigeration systems and air handling systems.
4. You are able to plan and prioritize your work well.
5. You are customer-oriented, think in solutions, and communicate clearly.
6. Familiar with the relevant regulations within refrigeration technology.
7. You take responsibility and are not afraid to show initiative.
