For example, we are currently carrying out a complete overhaul of an industrial chiller in our workshop. This chiller uses NH₃ (ammonia) as a refrigerant: a natural and sustainable alternative that complies with the strictest environmental standards. With this overhaul, we extend the lifespan of the chiller, optimize its performance, and make a conscious choice for the environment.

From Disassembly to Rebuild

Sometimes, overhauling a chiller on-site is not an option. That’s why we offer customers the option to temporarily dismantle the entire system and overhaul it in our workshop in Almelo. Here, we have all the technical resources and specialists to:

• Inspect and replace mechanical and electrical components

• Check pipes, valves, and fittings for leaks and wear

• Test and readjust control technology

• Thoroughly clean and rebuild the installation

Upon completion, the system is fully tested and reinstalled on-site, ready for years of reliable operation.

Temporary Installation? No Problem.

During the overhaul, we provide a temporary replacement chiller, so that the customer’s production process can continue unhindered. This is tailored to the required cooling capacity and, if desired, directly linked to existing processes.

This is part of our comprehensive service, in which we not only respond to malfunctions, but also think ahead and maintain processes – even during large-scale maintenance.
